On Wednesday, 29 January at 5 p.m., the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre will launch the multi-part course series "Apple Cuisine Culture" in cooperation with one of the main projects of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 "Living Neighbourhood". In future, interested parties are invited to the VHS cooking studio once a month to prepare regional apple specialities in a convivial atmosphere and then enjoy them together.

The recipes for the individual courses range from a wintery red cabbage and apple salad with nuts to a hearty apple and lentil soup, various apple punches and classics such as apple strudel and baked apple.
The courses are led by Dr Ina Hoyer from peacefood Chemnitz.
