Healthy nutrition - healthy children

Adult education centre: Course series starts on 15 March, 5 p.m., TIETZ

In March, the adult education centre is launching a multi-part series of courses on the topic of child nutrition. Many parents give a lot of thought to the right nutrition for their child. In everyday life, however, there is often little time for shopping and preparing meals. Countless nutritional information can also be overwhelming. In five courses, parents are given an overview that is both informative and practical.
The speaker is Karl Wulf, nutritional counsellor at the Chemnitz City Health Department.
The lectures take place in the TIETZ, course room 4.07. Participation is free of charge.
