It is now also possible to book appointments online for personal presentation of proof of immunity against measles (in accordance with Section 20 (9) of the Infection Protection Act - IfSG).
An appointment can be made at https://mitdenken.sachsen.de/1054843. It is also possible to book appointments by telephone or e-mail.
The booking portal can be used by persons who have been requested in writing by the Office for Health and Prevention to submit proof in accordance with Section 20 (9) sentence 1 IfSG.
The vaccination card or a medical certificate confirming existing immunity or contraindication to the measles vaccination and, if applicable, an official identification document (e.g. identity card) must be brought to the appointment itself. The proof is required in the original or as a notarised copy.
Please note: The documents submitted will only be accepted at the appointment. An immediate examination or assessment of the content of the documents will not take place at the appointment, but at a later date by the doctors of the Office for Health and Prevention.
