Sunday, 6 April

Lord Mayor Sven Schulze, Minister President Michael Kretschmer and the General Director of the Chemnitz Art Collections, Dr Florence Thurmes, will open the Karl Schmidt-Rottluff Festival with a ceremony in the Clubkino Siegmar and the film premiere "Karl Schmidt-Rottluff. Passion and Rebellion" will open the Karl Schmidt-Rottluff House. Afterwards, a shuttle bus will run to the Karl Schmidt-Rottluff Haus, Limbacher Straße 382, which will be open to visitors on this day from 3 pm to 7 pm. Mayor Dagmar Ruscheinsky, Mayor Ralph Burghart and Mayor Michael Stötzer will also take part.
