Mayor Barbara Ludwig takes part in the farewell ceremony for Prof Dr Reimund Neugebauer, Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Production Processes (IWU) at Chemnitz University of Technology and President of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, and gives a welcome address.
