The following measures were implemented in the past school year:
By changing the traffic routing in the car park and marking restricted areas, it was possible to improve safety on the way to school for pupils at Albert Einstein primary school.
By installing appropriate traffic signs with the additional signs "Schule" (school) or "Schulweg" (school route), school route safety was improved on Balzacweg, Rabensteiner Straße, the Grünaer Straße/Mittelbacher Dorfstraße junction and Lichtenauer Straße.
Improved visibility when crossing the road was achieved through the construction of pavement projections on Emil-Rosenow-Straße/Enzmannstraße, Agricolastraße/ Kanzlerstraße, Dorfstraße in Grüna and Kochstraße.
School crossing safety was also improved by the construction of central islands on Emilienstraße, Palmstraße and Weststraße/Hohe Straße.
