Public auction of 140 lost property items
Date: Friday, 10 October, 3 p.m., Bürgerhaus am Wall, Düsseldorfer Platz 1
The next auction of lost property will take place on Friday, 10 October, from 3 pm in the Bürgerhaus am Wall (Düsseldorfer Platz 1, 09111 Chemnitz). The meeting point is in the foyer of the city's citizens' office on the 2nd floor of the building.
As usual, the lost property can be viewed on site from 14:30.
A total of 140 items will go under the hammer, including mobile phones, handbags and sports bags, a typewriter for the blind, cameras, umbrellas, books, watches, CDs, toys and a pram. In keeping with the upcoming autumn season, hats, gloves and scarves will also be auctioned off, as well as surprise packages waiting to change hands.
The starting bids for the mobile phones are one euro, for the other lost property between one and 20 euros.
Please note: Lost property can only be purchased for cash during the auction. Please also note that 200-euro and 500-euro notes will not be accepted.
