Possible easing from Thursday
The seven-day incidence in Chemnitz has been stable below the threshold value of 35 for 13 days. If the incidence is also below this value tomorrow, the prescribed 14-day period will have been reached. The following relaxations will then come into force from Thursday, 10 June 2021
The testing obligation will no longer apply in the areas of
- Sport (except for sporting events with an audience, if the minimum distance of 1.50 metres is not observed)
- Shopping and businesses
- Services close to the body
- Gastronomy
- Cultural institutions and cultural events in outdoor areas (except if the minimum distance of 1.50 metres is not maintained)
- Guided tours
- Art, music and dance schools
- Accommodation
According to the current Corona Protection Ordinance of the Free State of Bavaria, the testing obligation in schools remains in place. The ordinance applies up to and including 13 June 2021, after which a new ordinance will apply.
