Numerous pieces of jewellery are auctioned off
Online auction runs until Sunday
Until Sunday, 1 December, the lost property office of the City of Chemnitz is offering a large number of items of jewellery for sale via an online customs auction whose owners have not claimed any losses and the statutory retention periods have now expired. The auction can be accessed at www.zoll-auktion.de/auktion/anbieter_auktionsuebersicht.php?anbieter_id=1464 or via the link at www.chemnitz.de/versteigerung.
Interested parties can go in search of a Christmas present just in time for Christmas. Accessories such as bracelets/bangles, gold rings, pearls and gold chains will be auctioned off. Genuine Erzgebirge art, perfumes, cosmetics and electronic lost property are also looking for new owners.
The items to be auctioned can only be viewed via the Internet address of Zoll-Auktion, the auction house of the federal, state and local governments. It is not possible to view the products in person in advance. The items are described in detail and any defects are explicitly pointed out. Buyers should bear in mind that the items are second-hand.
Only those who have previously registered on the Zoll-Auktion website can bid for the individual items. After successful registration, participation in the auction is possible.
The auctions end on 1 December between 4 pm and 5 pm. As always with lost property auctions, the following applies: Items are auctioned as seen (in photos), no guarantee is given and exchanges are not possible. Items purchased at auction can only be collected by appointment. The lost property office will contact the highest bidder after the end of the auction. The amount must be paid by bank transfer before collection.
