The "quiet room" can be so much more than just a loo, bathtub and towel warmer. Five minutes. Just for you! Close the door. Put the plugs in your ears. Take a deep breath and relax. What for? Because it's good for you. Because it is healthy and helps to create space for yourself and your desires, to find serenity, calm and peace. The healing power of meditation has long been scientifically proven, but people are still afraid to try it out or don't know when, where and how they can integrate these relaxation techniques into their everyday lives. The author shows possibilities, inspires, encourages and would like to invite you to a playful and cheerful approach.
Tina Schütze was born in Karl-Marx-Stadt in 1978. Her first steps into professional life led her to Chemnitz local television, Drehscheibe Chemnitz. From there she went on to study journalism in Leipzig and MDR television and finally to Berlin, where she now lives with her two children.
