Citizens' office launches customer survey
From Thursday, 10 January 2019, a voluntary and anonymous customer survey will be conducted at the City of Chemnitz Citizens' Office in the registration office, vehicle registration office and driving licence office departments.
The aim of the survey is to find out how the Citizens' Office is perceived in terms of citizen friendliness, proximity to citizens and service-orientation, so that administrative services can be even better tailored to the needs of customers.
The questionnaires are available from the clerks or in the waiting areas. The city administration is looking forward to a lively participation: The more customers take part, the better we can determine what customers expect.
The Citizens' Office of the City of Chemnitz with its seven departments is one of the most frequented offices of the city administration. From A for "registering a place of residence" to Z for "registering a vehicle", a wide range of administrative services are offered to citizens here.
