Announcement by the City of Chemnitz on the confiscation of a section of a car park in accordance with Section 8 of the Road Act for the Free State of Saxony (SächsStrG)

1. Road description

Part of the local road ‘Falkestraße’ on plot T.v. 1697/4, Chemnitz municipal area

2. Declaration of intent

A section of the road referred to in point 1 is to be expropriated on the basis of Section 8 of the Saxon Road Act (SächsStrG), covering an area of 105 m². In accordance with Section 8(5) of the Saxon Roads Act (SächsStrG), public use (Section 14 SächsStrG) and special use (Section 18 SächsStrG) shall cease upon the expropriation.

3. Inspection/Public Notice

In accordance with Section 8(4) of the SächsStrG, the intention to expropriate is hereby publicly announced.

Objections to this may be lodged with the City of Chemnitz within three months. The cadastral map is available for inspection at the Technical Town Hall, Friedensplatz 1, Transport and Civil Engineering Office, subject to prior appointment by telephone on 488-7741. In addition, the site plan is available for viewing on the City of Chemnitz’s website at www.chemnitz.de/bekanntmachungen.
