Walter-Wieland-Hain playground in Einsiedel completed
Tomorrow, Friday 13 January 2017, the Walter-Wieland-Hain playground in the Einsiedel district of Chemnitz will be reopened for use. The construction work began at the end of November last year.
In consultation with the local councillor, the Parks Department decided to replace the equipment similar to the previous one. The existing fall protection area was enlarged and fitted with new wooden edging. The fall protection gravel was also renewed. A new climbing octagon with slide was installed in the play equipment area.
The realisation was entrusted to Liebscher & Partner GmbH from Chemnitz. The construction costs totalled approx. 28,000 euros.
