Volunteers: City asks employers for understanding
Numerous forces, including many volunteers, have been working continuously since Friday due to the flooding. In addition to colleagues from the professional fire brigade, there are also numerous volunteers from the THW, ASB, DRK and other organisations.
Due to the still tense situation, the city asks the employers of these volunteers for their understanding that the operation continues and that the helpers are still on duty or are not at work after the long deployment times on Monday.
