Volunteering forum: working successfully with volunteers
On 27 October, 5 to 4.30 p.m., interested parties are invited to the Volunteering Forum at the adult education centre in the TIETZ, course room 4.07 - subject to any changes due to the current coronavirus situation. Admission is free.
Non-profit organisations depend on the work of volunteers. But how do you organise good and successful cooperation? The course covers the phases of volunteer management, from analysing resources to recruiting volunteers and saying goodbye. The event is aimed in particular at board members of associations and members of initiatives and associations in the process of being founded.
The event is a co-operation between the Bürgerstiftung für Chemnitz and the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre.
