Urban Development Day on 21 May on the Brühl
Discover Brühl in all its facets. The Brühl management and Brühl stakeholders are inviting all interested parties and those looking for residential and commercial space to do so on the Day of Urban Development next Saturday, 21 May from 11 am to 6 pm . At 3.30 pm, Mayor Barbara Ludwig invites you to an open discussion with Brühl stakeholders in the Brühl office.
The Brühl is not quite finished yet, but it is already in high demand as a residential and commercial location. Investors will therefore be opening up newly renovated flats and commercial premises and will be available all day to answer questions about the properties. The range of small creative shops and craftsmen is already growing and promises to become even more colourful.
For example, the manufactory for individualised children's fashion "Kleine Könige" is opening its shop on this very day. There will be a small taster of the creperie that will be opening on the Brühl in a few weeks' time. The Holzkombinat invites you to build & look. Business start-ups and those who might want to become one can find out about funding opportunities from the city and the EU at the Brühl office. Owners can get expert advice from the energy consultant on the possibilities of energy-efficient refurbishment. Culinary and cultural delights will also be catered for. Guided tours of the "Changing times on the Brühl" and the "Energy pilot project" will start at the Brühl office. This is also the central information point for the day.
