URBAN C starts in Chemnitz in July
Invitation to the press conference: 13 July, 11.30 a.m., foyer of the Stadthalle
On Wednesday, 13 July at 11.30 a.m., Mayor Dagmar Ruscheinsky and Dr Ralf Schulze, Managing Director of C³ Chemnitzer Veranstaltungszentren GmbH, will present the cultural programme for Chemnitz "URBAN C" together with the organising team.
Representatives of the media are invited to the joint press conference in the foyer of the Stadthalle (Galilei area). Access is through the main entrance of the Stadthalle. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for a photo at the fountain in front of the Stadthalle. Actors from the cultural programme are invited to take a joint kick-off photo.
From July to December 2022, the city of Chemnitz will become a stage and a place of participation. The city centre, neighbourhoods and localities will be used equally for outdoor and indoor events. "URBAN C" aims to reach creative, cosmopolitan people interested in art and culture to experience culture together and bring it to life. To this end, funding was applied for from the special programme of the Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Saxony "Kulturland 2022. Saxony as a stage".
