Tree maintenance and felling at the Friedrich-Hänel-Straße sports ground
From Monday 4 October, extensive tree maintenance and felling work will be carried out on the Friedrich-Hänel-Straße sports ground.
Due to dead parts on many poplars and the resulting risk of toppling and breakage, dead wood must be removed from numerous trees, crowns must be shortened and some trees must also be felled.
The sports ground, which is currently partially closed, will then be fully reopened for school and club sports.
