Tree felling in the urban area until the end of February 2021
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the listed trees require immediate action. The tree felling will be carried out from October 2020 until the end of February 2021.
Without exception, all upcoming work is urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in the sense of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under § 39 BNatSchG or § 25 SächsNatSchG.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
