Tree felling in the urban area until the end of February 2020
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the trees listed in the link require immediate action. The trees were felled from November 2019 until the end of February 2020.
Without exception, all upcoming work is urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in the sense of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under § 39 BNatSchG or § 25 SächsNatSchG.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
