Without exception, the upcoming works are urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All maintenance measures in terms of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under Section 39 BNatSchG.
Before the measures are implemented, the relevant trees are checked for habitat structures for species relevant to nature conservation (especially birds and bats).
