Tree felling in the city of Chemnitz in March 2017
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the trees listed below require immediate action.
The trees will be felled in March 2017.

Without exception, all upcoming work is urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in the sense of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchg.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
