The felling will be carried out in the last week of April.
Without exception, these are urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in the sense of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchG.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
