Tree felling and tree care measures in the third and fourth quarters of 2019
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the trees listed in the appendix require immediate action. The felling and pruning measures will be carried out from mid-September to the end of December 2019.
Without exception, all upcoming work is urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in the sense of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchg.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
