Tree felling and tree care in the city of Chemnitz in December 2016
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the trees listed below require immediate action.
The felling and pruning measures will be carried out in December 2016.
Without exception, all upcoming work is urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures within the meaning of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchg.
Wherever space permits, the Parks Department will arrange for replanting.
