Tree felling and pruning measures in the city of Chemnitz October to November 2018
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the trees listed below require immediate action. The necessary tree care and felling measures were and will be carried out in October to November 2018.
Without exception, all of the upcoming work involves urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in the sense of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchG.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
