Tree felling and pruning measures in the city of Chemnitz in October 2016
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was established that the trees listed below require immediate action.
The individual felling and pruning measures to be carried out in October can be found in the attached lists.
Without exception, all the work to be carried out is urgent and serves to maintain or establish road safety.
All woodland maintenance measures within the meaning of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchg.
Wherever space permits, replanting will be organised.
