Tree felling and pruning measures in the city of Chemnitz in January 2017
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was established that the trees on the lists (available for download) require immediate action.
The following felling and pruning measures will be carried out in January 2017:
Without exception, all upcoming work is urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All woodland maintenance measures within the meaning of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchg.
