Tree felling and pruning measures in the city of Chemnitz in February 2017
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was established that the trees listed below require immediate action.
The felling and pruning measures according to the lists will be carried out in February 2017.
All of the upcoming work is, without exception, urgent measures that serve to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in the sense of the duty to ensure traffic safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchg.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
