Tree felling and pruning measures in the city of Chemnitz from November to December 2018
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the trees listed below require immediate action. The necessary tree care and felling measures will be carried out between November and December 2018.
Without exception, all of the upcoming work is urgent and serves to maintain or establish road safety.
All tree maintenance measures in terms of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under §39 BNatSchG or §25 SächsNatSchG.
The wood from the felled trees becomes the property of the company commissioned with the tree felling.
