Tree felling and pruning measures
During the ongoing tree inspections, it was determined that the following trees require immediate action. The corresponding felling and pruning measures will be carried out in May 2016.
All of the upcoming work is an urgent measure that serves to maintain or establish road safety.
All woodland maintenance measures in terms of the duty to maintain road safety are legally permissible and do not constitute an offence under Section 39 BNatSchG or Section 25 SächsNatSchg.
Wherever space conditions permit, the Parks Department will provide appropriate compensation for the felled trees.
