Traffic on Brückenstraße restricted on 2 July
Closure from 4 pm due to "Moving Garden" and "Singing Chain"
On Saturday 2 July, the "Moving Garden" and "Singing Chain" campaigns will take place on Brückenstraße.
The Moving Garden campaign will mainly take place on pavements and in pedestrian zones.
Route: Start Brückenstraße - Theaterstraße - Webergasse - Jakobikirchplatz - Innere Klosterstraße - Markt - Neumarkt - Richard-Möbius-Straße - Am Wall - Straße der Nationen - finish Brückenstraße
It will be necessary to close Brückenstraße between Straße der Nationen and Theaterstraße/Mühlenstraße for the set-up and dismantling work. It will be closed to private traffic on Saturday from 4.00 pm. For public transport from 6.30 pm.
To secure the event, stopping restrictions will be in place on Brückenstraße from 8 am to 10 pm.
The police will provide operational security for both events. Traffic will be cleared after the end of the Singing Chain event.
It is possible to bypass the closure via Brückenstraße - Straße der Nationen - Georgstraße - Mühlenstraße - Theaterstraße.
