TIETZ survey launched
The TIETZ in the heart of the city offers space for encounters. A public survey is being conducted to evaluate the perception of the centre as a commercial-free meeting place. Interested parties can take part in the survey from 16 September to 28 October 2024, either digitally or in person.
It is aimed at all Chemnitz residents, regardless of whether they know the TIETZ or not. It takes about 5 minutes to answer the questions. The survey can be accessed and answered online via the participation portal at the link https://mitdenken.sachsen.de/1042328. Analogue questionnaires are also available in the cultural facilities.
The TIETZ combines educational and cultural facilities as well as retail. The facilities offer open spaces for exchanging, meeting and learning. In order to create points of contact for social and cultural life in the city centre, the city of Chemnitz would like to make the existing infrastructure at this public meeting place more visible. The survey is intended to determine current user behaviour and the needs of non-commercial meeting places.
