On Tuesday, 28 April at 2 pm, Lord Mayor Sven Schulze invites representatives of the media to a press conference in Room 118, City Hall, Markt 1.
Together with the EU Coordinator of the City of Chemnitz, Annabell Heimer, he will give an outlook on the Europe Weeks, which will be celebrated in Chemnitz from 1 to 31 May with various events.
At the same time, information will be provided on the funds provided by the European Union to the City of Chemnitz since 2015. These include funding pots such as the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European Social Fund (ESF). The press conference will also provide an overview of the areas in which the City of Chemnitz's European work, which it has been actively pursuing since 1995, is having a tangible impact.
