There will be no lessons at Chemnitz schools on Monday
There will be no regular lessons at Chemnitz schools - including vocational schools - on Monday. This decision was made on Sunday evening based on an updated weather forecast.
Although there will be no lessons, emergency care will be provided in the schools.
The primary schools in Harthau and Klaffenbach will remain closed due to the flood situation: For Harthau primary school pupils whose parents are unable to secure alternative care, emergency care will be provided in the "La Rustica" pub. Emergency care for the Klaffenbach primary school will be provided in the gymnasium in Adorfer Straße.
