The world from above - safe handling of multicopters
Adult education centre: Workshop on 2 April, 10 am to 1.30 pm, TIETZ, Room 4.08
On Saturday, 2 April, from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., the adult education centre will be holding a workshop on the safe handling of multicopters - also known colloquially as drones.
Participation costs 20 euros. Registration is possible up to and including 27 March here: Link to the event or by telephone on 0371 488-4343.
The experienced instructor Jörg Vogel - himself a drone flight instructor for the fire service - explains how the devices work, talks about the necessary insurance and gives helpful tips on maintaining multicopters. Participants will receive many helpful tips from the instructor's own experience. In addition, the legal requirements of the EU Drone Regulation as well as photo and video law will be explained.
The workshop prepares the participants for the independent acquisition of the small A1/A3 certificate of knowledge, which can be taken on the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt's internet platform.
Multicopters and drones have a wide range of uses, for example in the emergency services, in the film industry and in industry. Drone flying has also become very popular as a leisure activity in recent years.
