The Pham/Nguyen family will not be deported for the time being
Following the decision of the Hardship Commission, the case of the Pham/Nguyen family is back with the Foreigners' Registration Office of the City of Chemnitz.
The authority will contact the family and their lawyer and coordinate the next steps, including how and in what timeframe the missing proof of sustainable economic and linguistic integration of Mr Pham and Ms Nguyen can be provided.
The family will be supported in this by the Foreigners' Registration Office of the City of Chemnitz.
