Cutting and sawing work in levelling areas
In the coming weeks until the end of February, as soon as snow and temperature conditions allow, cutting and sawing work will be carried out again in various compensation areas.
Bushes and undergrowth will be removed from meadows, hedges and copses will be rejuvenated, pollarded willows will be maintained and bodies of water will be better lit.
The work is carried out, for example, in Kirchgrund in Ebersdorf, at Himmelschlüsselwiese in Glösa, at the former parade ground in Ebersdorf and at Pfarrhübel in Erfenschlag.
The cutting and sawing work is carried out by the nature conservation organisation on behalf of the lower nature conservation authority.
