Test centres close at the end of the month
Joint vaccination centre also adjusts opening hours
At the end of 28 February, all places in the city of Chemnitz where you can get tested for the coronavirus will close.
The background to this is that from Wednesday, 1 March, all visitors to medical and care facilities will no longer be required to take a Covid-19 test. However, it is still mandatory to wear an FFP-2 mask when entering and during the entire stay in the facilities.
From 1 March, the joint vaccination centre of Chemnitz Hospital and the Office for Health and Prevention at Küchwald Hospital, Bürgerstraße 2, Building 1, will also adjust its opening hours to meet demand and will be open on Wednesdays from 10.00 am to 1.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
