Take a seat winners 2020 introduce themselves

On Tuesday, 28 July at 4 pm, Mayor Barbara Ludwig and Klub2025 will present the prize money to the winners of the second round of Nimm Platz in the town hall, Stadtverordnetensaal.
Media representatives are cordially invited to talk to the participants.
The idea providers of this year's Nimm Platz projects will each receive 2025 euros. With their ideas for unused areas in the city, the project submitters of the "Nimm Platz" campaign have shown a lot of love for their city.
In a ten-day online vote, the people of Chemnitz cast almost 10,200 votes and chose their favourite projects. Funded from the budget of the Capital of Culture application and Klub2025, 2025 euros each were available for ten projects.
Further funds have since been made available to support all 14 projects that were up for selection. None of them received fewer than 200 votes and therefore had a large following. This is why the commitment of all these project submitters is now being supported.
