Survey of the 60 plus generation in Saxony
Participation is possible online or in paper form until 6 December
The City of Chemnitz Social Welfare Office would like to point out that the Saxon State Commissioner for Senior Citizens is surveying citizens aged 60 and over for the first time. Throughout the state, people over 60, 70 and over 100 years of age are being asked: What is important to you? What wishes do you have for state politics? How would you like to grow older in Saxony?
Citizens aged 60 and over are called upon to help shape Saxony's senior citizens' policy and to take part in the survey by 6 December.
This is possible online: the questionnaire can be completed here.
On the other hand, the questionnaires will also be available in paper form from 20 November at the citizen service points, the town hall and the Moritzhof citizen and administration centre of the city of Chemnitz. The questionnaire can also be requested by telephone via the public authority service number 115.
In 2023, an expert opinion on the living situation of the older generations was presented. Based on this, a senior citizens' policy action plan will be drawn up to identify areas of action to improve the living situation of older people in Saxony. The opinion of Saxons 60 plus is an important component of the concept.
