Standardised opening hours at Moritzhof
The City of Chemnitz would like to offer visitors and guests a modern service in its administrative buildings and at the same time guarantee the necessary safety standards.
From 15 May 2019, the Moritzhof Citizens' and Administration Centre, Bahnhofstraße 53, will have standardised office hours for public visitor traffic. The customer portal for social services on the ground floor and all other authorities in the building will be open to visitors as follows
Mon/Thu/Thurs/Fri: 8.30 am to 12 noon and
Tue/Thu: 2 pm to 6 pm.
During these times, the building is also accessible via the public lifts from the underground car park. The reception in the foyer of the building is staffed as follows:
Mon./May: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tue/Thu: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Fri.: 7 am to 3 pm.
Documents can be handed in or collected at reception. Information material is also available and contact persons are on hand to provide general information. Visitors with specific appointments outside office hours should report to reception and will be directed from there to the building.
