Specialised work consultation hour for pupils

New offer in the city library

How and where can I quickly find the right information for my term paper or presentation? Many pupils will be asking themselves this question again at the start of the new school year. The city library has a new offer for pupils from secondary schools, grammar schools, technical and vocational colleges: the specialised work consultation hour.

From 9 August 2016, consultations will take place every Tuesday between 3 and 6 p.m. in the Central Library at the TIETZ. Interested students can make an appointment and receive expert help to help themselves with research in library catalogues and online databases on their dissertation topic.

This service is free of charge, only a library membership is required. Young people up to the age of 18 do not pay an annual fee, young adults in training pay ten euros.

Please book an appointment by e-mail: facharbeit(at)stadtbiliothek-chemnitz.de, by telephone on 0371 488-4222 or in person at the city library.
