Projects can also be submitted online
Children and young people up to the age of 20 can submit their individual and joint projects for the Chemnitz Environmental Award until 15 April 2021. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, projects can also be submitted online. Either by scan, photograph or text to umweltamt(at)stadt-chemnitz.de.

Over the past 29 years, countless participants have actively contributed to the protection and shaping of our environment with creativity, skill and perseverance in researching and tinkering with many interesting projects or with practical work on a wide variety of objects and in nature.
The Chemnitz Environmental Award is supported by eins energie in sachsen GmbH und Co KG, Südsachsen Wasser GmbH and the waste disposal and city cleaning company of the city of Chemnitz (ASR).
