Secondary school at Hartmannplatz
Start of preparatory construction measures
On Monday, 21 October 2019, the preparatory work for clearing the construction site for the planned new secondary school on Hartmannplatz will begin as planned. This work should be completed by December 2019. Construction of the school will then begin in March 2020.
The preparatory construction measures now include
- approx. 200 metres of relocation of existing drainage channels including the necessary manhole connections
- Relocating approx. 70m of drinking water pipe
- Relocating approx. 50m of electrical wiring
- as well as additional archaeological soundings in the lower-lying area.
