Second cotton tree on the Brühl

Cabaret and event market offers a varied programme all day Saturday

At the halfway point of the year, the Second Cotton Tree on Brühl Boulevard will once again provide space for artists and creators, self-made designers and mini-brands. The small art and event market will take place next Saturday, 21 June 2014, from 10 am to 10 pm. Works, goods and pieces of art can be presented, offered and purchased during a varied supporting programme for young and old.

In addition to the market with its variety of handmade snacks and gastronomic offerings, smaller events, concerts and performances will take place. Among other things, a helium balloon flying competition, a graffiti workshop organised by the adult education centre and a Q&A session on the future of Brühl will round off the day. There will also be fun for the little ones with a bouncy castle, balloon painting and a tombola. A stage programme with the Klangforschungskombinat, the Chemnitz Connection, Dixi - Jazz and Blues, the 4Tune Quartett Mädels unplugged and Andreas Bochmann will provide great entertainment.

Anyone who wants to can take part. Further information and the registration form can be found on the home page of the Baumwollbaum: www.baumwollbaum.de. The Baumwollbaum is organised by the Europäische Kunstgemeinschaft e.V. with the support of the Brühl municipal office and the GGG, among others.
