School entrance examinations at the public health department
The school admission examinations by the paediatric and youth medical service of the Chemnitz health department will be carried out as planned - regardless of the lockdown.
In order for this to remain the case, in addition to adherence to a strict hygiene concept, the assistance of parents is also required: it is requested that only one parent or guardian accompany the child at a time. Please inform the public health department in good time if you are unable to attend the appointment, especially if you or your child have symptoms that indicate a COVID-19 infection. You can then be offered an alternative appointment in good time.
The team at the paediatric and youth medical service of the Chemnitz public health department has been actively supported by fee-based doctors for many years. Nevertheless, it can still happen that an appointment has to be cancelled by the health department due to illness. An alternative appointment will then be found as soon as possible.
