The Family Festival of the League of Independent Welfare Organisations Chemnitz takes place on the occasion of the International Day of Carers. Mayor Barbara Ludwig will give a welcoming speech.

For the 20th Chemnitz Museum Night, more than 30 partners in the participating museums, galleries and institutions are preparing an exciting mix of exhibitions and activities for the public. In the year of the "100 Years of Bauhaus" anniversary, the theme of "Modernism" is a special focus of the programme.
