Monday, 27 January

Mayor Sven Schulze, the mayoress and the mayors lay a wreath in memory of the victims of National Socialism.
Time and place: 10 a.m., memorial in the Park of the Victims of Fascism

Mayor Dagmar Ruscheinsky takes part in the Holocaust memorial event of the Saxon State Parliament, during which the Chemnitz Theatre performs the mono-opera "The Diary of Anne Frank" by Gregori Frid.
Time and place: 11 a.m., Saxon State Parliament, Dresden

Lord Mayor Sven Schulze takes part in the opening ceremony for the "Grey Buses" memorial in front of House 1 at the SFZ Förderzentrum gGmbH, which is the project sponsor for this memorial in 2025. The memorial commemorates victims of euthanasia during the National Socialist era.

Tuesday, 28 January

The Inclusion Advisory Board for people with disabilities meets.

Friday, 31 January

Mayor Ralph Burghart gives a welcoming speech and presents certificates at the ceremonial presentation of certificates at the Chemnitz Teacher Training Centre for the teaching profession at primary schools, secondary schools and special education.
