Invitation to the second edition of the Dream Concert, organised by musicians with and without disabilities. Invitation to visit the 35thedition of the "Days of Erzgebirge Folklore": Under the motto "Advent in the Erzgebirge", both days of the event (30 November and 1 December) will feature presentations of traditional and modern folklore.), the programme includes presentations of traditional and modern arts and crafts with around 60 exhibitors from the region, festive folkloric music and dance performances and a Secret Santa workshop for the youngest visitors.

Mayor Barbara Ludwig welcomes the participants of the Great Mining Parade, traditionally organised in Chemnitz on the eve of the 1st Advent. This year marks the 35th time that the mountain parade has been held in Chemnitz.

This year's Christmas exhibition opens at the Schloßbergmuseum Chemnitz: Historical toys from the first quarter of the 20th century from the museum's own collections will be on display under the motto "Railway meets doll's house".
